Mavryn provides AI workflow consulting, automation design, software integration, and related business systems services to clients on a project or retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Use the site to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

Custom work delivered to clients becomes the client's property upon full payment, as outlined in the applicable statement of work. Mavryn retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information required to complete the engagement.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure they have the rights to any materials, data, or software they provide to Mavryn.
- Pay invoices according to the terms set out in their agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mavryn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months prior to the claim.
6. Warranties
We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we do not warrant that services will be error-free or that results will meet any specific business outcome. Recommendations are based on information provided by the client and available at the time of engagement.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the working relationship.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice, subject to the terms in the applicable agreement. Mavryn reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for any user who violates these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
